Joe Biden predicted that President Obama would be "tested" during his first 6-months in office. This test would be international in nature and we were to accept the decisions made regardless of whether we liked them or not. Mr. Krauthammer has followed up on this campaign prediction and enumerated the tests that have been administered thus far.
